Flamenco Technique 12:15 to 1:15 PM

This class is for beginning to intermediate dancers and will focus on learning and practicing basic skills and short choreographies using those elements. Continuing with a 3-week session November 25th, December 2nd and 9th. Full session $66 ($22/class prepaid) or $25 walk in rate. New 6-week session beginning in 2026: January 6th through February 10th. Full session $132 ($22/class prepaid) or $25 walk in rate.

Thursday Classes Beginning March 19, 2026

Flamenco Technique for youth (10-18 years) 4:30 to 5:40 PM

This classes is for dancers age 10 to 18 and is offered through International Dance Arts Collective. It will focus on flamenco technique, including arm and hand movement and percussive footwork. Flamenco Practice Skills 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

This is an open, guided practice session. Components will vary from week to week and may include the use of props such as MANTON DE MANILA, BATA DE COLA, ABANICO (fan). Session will run from January 6th through February 10th 2026. Walk in only, $10.

Flamenco Technique for Adults 6:00 to 7:00 PM

This class is for beginning to intermediate level adults is are offered through International Dance Arts Collective. It will focus on flamenco technique, styling and expression. Intro to Flamenco
Sierra Community College, Rocklin, CA: Thursdays 5:30 to 6:30

This class introduces beginners to this passionate Spanish art form of dance, music, and song. It covers flamenco’s Andalusian roots, basic posture, arm and hand movements (braceo/floreo), and simple footwork (zapateado) with rhythmic clapping (palmas). Students will learn a short choreography combining these elements, focusing on coordination and expression. New session for Spring begins March 19th.
